LibGuides are short online guides designed to help you use library services and tools when you need them for studying and research.
Through short video tutorials, you can learn how to carry out common library tasks by yourself: accessing electronic resources from off campus, managing your loans, using the Library Catalogue and finding different types of bibliographic materials.
How to use the guides
Each guide focuses on a specific task and includes:
- a brief intro to the topic;
- practical information and step-by-step instructions;
- direct links to University tools and services;
- contact details for further assistance.

About the project
The LibGuides project is a collaboration between the University Library System’s Information Literacy Service and the B.L.U. Central Library at the Rimini Campus.
The guides are designed as practical resources for the entire university community and will be gradually expanded with new content. The project is constantly evolving; new guides and videos are in the works and will gradually enrich this section.
