AlmaRe has a dedicated Help Desk service to provide assistance to users with questions, requests and issues regarding its collections and services.
Users can contact the Help Desk by e-mail or by filling out the form on the general support page of the portal and selecting "Risorse digitali AlmaRE" from the drop-down menu.
The Help Desk typically responds within a period of three working days; however, in more complex cases, the user will still receive updates regarding the progress of their report.
