AlmaRe has a dedicated Help Desk service to provide assistance to users with questions, requests and issues regarding its collections and services.

Users can contact the Help Desk by  or by filling out the form on the general support page of the portal and selecting "Risorse digitali AlmaRE" from the drop-down menu.

The Help Desk typically responds within a period of three working days; however, in more complex cases, the user will still receive updates regarding the progress of their report.
