Google Scholar not working via Proxy

At times, when using Google Scholar via Proxy, an error page may appear, preventing further progress.

To resolve this issue, we recommend using Google Scholar outside the EZproxy environment by connecting directly via https://scholar.google.com and the "Proxy on the fly" service to check access to full-text articles.

When you arrive at a page with a document that is not accessible, "Proxy on the fly" allows you to authenticate without changing pages and then check whether that specific resource is accessible to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff at the University of Bologna.

To conduct a search and later access the full texts, you can also use the University's discovery tool AlmaStart, the integrated search tool for books, articles and other documents available in the libraries or accessible online for the University of Bologna's users.
